If you are not 100% happy, no problem, we are happy for you to return the goods.  Goods returned within 14 days of receipt will receive a 100% refund, less shipping and handling charges.  Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in good order and condition.
 
A return to your credit card or method of payment will be made once goods have been received and returned to our system by us.  To return a good, please follow the following steps:

  1. If you are a member of our website & remember your sign in, please sign in.
  2. Click on the 'Resolutions Centre' and from there click on 'Open a New Dispute'
Alternatively,
  1. Use our contact page to access a Return Merchandise Authority (RMA) number.  With this number we will be able to track your product in our system.
  2. We advise you the address to send the items with the RMA Number.
  3. Remember to pack carefully with original packing.
  4. Include your RMA Number.
  5. Return the goods initially at your own expense, if we have supplied you with the wrong product or damaged goods, we will correct the problem at our expense.
  6. We will call, email or fax to inform you the goods have been received at our office.
  7. Where a refund is due, we will call, email or fax to inform you the goods when the monies have been credited to your nominated credit card.
